Snug Bugs is a Sensory Friendly drop-in playgroup for ages 0-6. Mondays 10-11:30am at Youth & Family (5814 Ash Ave). For more information, please email Lesley at lsutherland@youthandfamily.ca Snug Bugs is open through Spring Break! Note that it does close on statutory holidays.
Chat & Play Caregivers Group – Are you helping care for children? You are not alone! It takes a village! Grandparents, Stepparents, Kinship, Foster Care Providers, Aunties, Uncles, siblings & friends. Make connections while the children in your care play nearby in our creative and comfy lounge/play area. Fridays from 10-11:30am. Youth & Family 5814 Ash Avenue. This group will run through Spring Break!
The Family Centre Library is located at 5814 Ash Ave. and is open Tuesday to Thursday from 12-4pm. All ages are welcome. The library will be closed from March 16-20th. If you are looking for information on a particular topic, or need to pick up outside of regular hours, please email Alice at admin@youthandfamily.ca
Pitter Patter is Open Gym Time for little ones for ages 0-8 on Mondays from 10-11:30am. Join the fun! Located in the gym at the back of Oceanview Education Centre at 7105 Nootka St. For more information email Debbie atdvandok@youthandfamily.ca Pitter Patter is open Spring Break but closed during most school/statutory holidays.
